WAYFN Capter Four
In the book What Are You Figuring Now many key evens happened in chapter four. Firstly, there was a big stable and mill being built in the valley, they were building the mill to grind the wet so that the farmers can bring it in to make it in to flower. Secondly, the Eillcotts started a store in the Hollow and brought in newspapers and supplies. Then in December 1773, news came from Boston that some men had dumped three shiploads of British tea into Boston Harbor. The king of England was to greedy to notice the complaints so in 1775, the fist shots of the revolutionary war were fired at Lexington and Concord between American minutemen and British redcoats. In 1783, the Americans and the British signed a peace treaty and the war ended. The Americans won the war and America became a free country.
